Welcome to Certyfix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Certyfix platform and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using Certyfix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Certyfix provides a supplier certification management platform that helps businesses track, manage, and collect supplier certificates and compliance documentation. Our services include automated certificate collection, expiration tracking, and compliance reporting.
To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
We offer a 14-day free trial of our services. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without charge. To cancel, you must contact us at info@certyfix.com at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
After your free trial, continued use of Certyfix requires payment of subscription fees. The subscription fee is €45 per month, exclusive of applicable taxes. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made by the methods specified on our website. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your subscription. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay within this period may result in suspension of services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@certyfix.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service. After cancellation, we will retain your data for 30 days, during which time you may request a copy of your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Certyfix aims to maintain 99.9% uptime for its services. Scheduled maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours, and we will provide at least 24 hours' notice for any maintenance that may affect service availability. Support requests will be responded to within 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET). Emergency support is available for critical issues affecting service availability.

The Certyfix platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Certyfix B.V. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on our services.
You retain all rights to any information, data, text, or other materials that you upload, post, or display on or through the services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with providing the services to you.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the services is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certyfix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
